Two bodies discovered in Greenock house

The bodies of two people have been discovered at a house in Greenock.

Police were called to a property on Banff Road just after 5pm on Friday, after concerns were raised for the people inside.

The deaths are currently being treated as unexplained, and streets in the area were cordoned off following the discovery.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.”
