Two arrests after after two men assaulted at Buchanan Bus Station

Two people have been arrested after two men were assaulted at Buchanan Bus Station in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Officers were called to the scene on Killermont Street in Glasgow around 12.25am.

A 27-year-old man and a 32-year-old man were taken to hospital for treatment.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.25am on Thursday, 19 May, officers were called to a report of two men being seriously assaulted in Killermont Street, Glasgow, outside Buchanan Bus Station.

“The men, aged 27 and 32, were taken to hospital for treatment.

"A 31-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 23 May, 2022.”
