Two men have been arrested in connection with a murder of a man in South Ayrshire.

Detectives are continuing their investigation into the murder of 44 year-old John Kiltie on Saturday 28th of May outside a property in Girvan. At around 11.10am, police and emergency services responded to reports of a disturbance outside a property on Park Road in Girvan. Upon attendance, Mr Kiltie, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post mortem has taken place and his death is being treated as murder.
His family have been informed and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal. Extensive enquiries are underway and, at this time, two men aged 24 and 18 have been arrested in connection with the death.
