Music lovers across the country are nursing hangovers and resting their voices after TRNSMT festival came to a close last night.

The three day event on Glasgow Green featured performances from a star studded line-up including KSI, Snow Patrol and Liam Gallagher.

Clyde 1 has been catching up with revellers all weekend.

Organiser Geoff Ellis says the two year break from the festival because of the pandemic has made us all appreciate coming together for live music.

He said: "This weekend has been quite emotional.

"Nobody has burst into tears, but we have all had a lump in our throat at some point.

"I would be lying if I said it wasn't overwhelming at times for the whole team and to be back and doing live music at an outdoor event like this is just great."
