A teenager killed in a house fire in Ayr on Sunday night is being described as an amazing person who will be remembered forever.
The 18-year-old's boyfriend Alistair Innes took to Twitter to say he is heartbroken, and that the two years he spent with Natalie were the best of his life.
Other friends have described her as beautiful inside and out, and an absolute diamond.
One wrote: "I’m so sorry Ali. Natalie was such a lovely beautiful girl. She spoke about you all the time and you could tell she loved you so much. She will be missed so much. Thoughts with you all."
Another said: "She brought a light to everyone’s life, loved by everyone who ever met her. I lover her so much and will forever."
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene after flames tore through a home on York Street on Sunday night.
A 22-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were injured in the incident, and an investigation is continuing to establish how the fire started.
