Toddler's plea to speeding drivers
3-year-old Cormack Rook wants people to slow down through the village of Crossmichael
A three-year-old boy from a small Dumfries and Galloway village is shaming drivers into slowing down by dressing up as a policeman and using his mum's hairdryer as a speed gun.
Cormack Rook and his family live on Main Street in Crossmichael, which is supposed to be a 30 mile per hour zone but there are concerns that drivers rarely adhere to the speed limit.
Cormack's Mum, Suzy, says there are speed activated traffic lights on the road but they've been out of action for some time.
She says residents are concerned that increasing numbers of speeding drivers will lead to a tragic accident.
We've contacted Dumfries and Galloway Council for comment.
