Three people charged following drugs recovery in Motherwell

Three people have been arrested and charged following a drugs recovery in Motherwell.

Officers searched a property on under warrant on Wood Crescent on Thursday May 23.

Heroin with an estimated street value of £20,000 was seized.

Two men, aged 18 and 49, and a 42-year-old woman were arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences.

They are due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Friday, 21 June, 2024.
