Three men are to stand trial in connection with a suspected street shooting in Glasgow.
William Barclay (24), Joseph Barclay (40) and John Gallagher (48) today faced an attempted murder allegation at the High Court in Glasgow.
The trio are accused of trying to kill Mark Bristow in the city's Royston Road in May last year.
The charge includes claims Mr Bristow was hit by a car before being shot on the leg as he lay on the ground.
The Barclays and Gallagher are said to have been acting with another unknown individual.
The three face a separate allegation of being in possession of a shotgun.
They are further accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice by trying to torch the car used in the alleged murder bid.
William Barclay faces an earlier charge of stealing a vehicle or an alternative allegation of reset.
The Barclays, both of Springburn, Glasgow and Gallagher, of the city's Blochairn, pled not guilty to the allegations.
Judge Lady Rae set a trial due to take place next April.
The case could last up to 10 days.
