Police were called to the property at Lancefield Quay, Glasgow, at around 4.15am on Sunday.
The injured people were treated at the city's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and have since been released, the force said.
A spokeswoman said: Inquiries into the incident are continuing and one man has been arrested for allegedly being in possession of an offensive weapon.''
