More than 30,000 runners took to the streets of Glasgow this weekend to tackle the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run.
It was the biggest turn out for the event yet, which saw course record holder Callum Hawkins claim his third half marathon win on Sunday, ahead of his journey to the New York Marathon.
He said: “It’s always great running through Glasgow, there’s something special and emotional about it.
“I love running in this event and every year it gets bigger and better.
“Thanks to all the supporters along the way.”

Chief Executive of The Great Run Company Paul Foster said: “The AJ Bell Junior & Mini Great Scottish Run proves that you are never too young to get into running.
“The running stars of the future put on a brilliant display today, powering through the streets, many representing their running clubs from around Scotland.
“It’s always a joy to see so many families join the fun each year in Glasgow, and the popularity is growing – this year’s event was a sell out and we look forward to welcoming everyone back again next year.”

The 10K and half marathon events on Sunday set off from George Square, with the half marathon heading out to Finnieston, before crossing the Kingston Bridge to Pollokshaws, looping around the country park, moving up to Bellahouston and then crossing back over Squinty Bridge and Broomielaw, with the finish line at Glasgow Green.
Another Scottish runner made his final race on Scottish soil in the 10K, with two-time Olympian Chris Thompson finishing an emotional 4th overall.
At the finish line he said: “It’s been a brilliant day, the Great Scottish run means a lot to me and the finish straight has a big place in my heart – I’ve been running down it since I was 18.
“I was very proud to ring the AJ Bell start bell for thousands of people in the Half Marathon today in perfect running conditions.”
