Third man appears in court charged with murder in Kirkintilloch

A third man has appeared in court charged with murdering a man in Kirkintilloch.
Robert Cunningham was injured in a flat in Braehead Street on Saturday morning.
The 29-year-old was taken to hospital where he died on Monday.
On Wednesday, Robert Meechan, 34, of Kirkintilloch was charged with murder at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody ahead of a further court hearing.
His appearance follows that of Robert McSporran, 28, and Christopher Watt, 31, also of Kirkintilloch, at the same court on Tuesday.
They also made no plea to a charge of murdering Mr Cunningham.
