A third man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Lanarkshire security guard one year ago.

A third man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Lanarkshire security guard one year ago.

Mohammed Abu Sammour was killed in Newarthill last October while working at a building site.

The 18 year-old's due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court tomorrow.

Two other men, 22 year old Scott Pearson and 28 year-old Ryan Hunter, were jailed for a total of 24 years over the death at the High Court in Glasgow yesterday.
