Officers hunt for attacker with 'dirty teeth' after teenager sexually assaulted in Paisley

Police in Paisley say they’re searching for a man with ‘dirty teeth’ after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in the town. The 16 year old reported being attacked at 6.20pm on Monday the 3rd of February at a bus shelter near to Nationwide Bank on Causieside Street.

The suspect is described as being white, with a local accent. He’s thought to be in his mid 20’s, tall, clean shaven with a slim face, a shaved head, dark eyes and dirty teeth.

He was wearing a black north face jacket with the hood up, dark jogging bottoms and dark shoes.

Officers are appealing to two females who stopped to help the the girl after the assault to contact them. They’re also asking for anyone who was in the area who may have dashcam footage to get in touch.
