15-year-old boy in court on attempted murder charge after teenager found injured in Glasgow

A 15-year-old boy has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after another teenager the same age was found seriously injured in Glasgow.

A boy aged 15 was found hurt in the Denbeck Street area of the city at around 10.30pm on May 29.

He was taken to the city's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and has since been discharged.

A 15-year-old boy was charged with attempted murder when he appeared in private at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.

The boy from Glasgow, who cannot be named for legal reasons, did not enter a plea.

He was committed for further examination and granted bail.
