Teenager attacked in Glasgow by two men with weapons

The 13 year old boy is in hospital after being slashed on 30th December 2018.

The victim was seriously assaulted by two men with weapons in the lane between Kerrylamont Avenue and Ardmory Place around 7pm.

He was taken to the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow where he's in a stable condition.

The first suspect is described as 5ft 10, of heavy build, wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a blue long sleeved top.

The second suspect is described as 5ft 4, of slim build and was wearing a dark grey tracksuit.

Both men had their faces covered.

Detective Constable Kenny Noble, Cathcart Police Office:

“This was a callous and violent attack on a 13 year-old boy. Our officers will be doing all they can to trace those responsible.

“We are currently checking CCTV and making door to door enquiries however we are appealing for anyone who was in the area last night, or has any information about this incident to come forward.
