Teenager Arrested Over Alleged Hospital Sex Attacks

A schoolboy's been arrested in connection with two alleged sex attacks at a Glasgow hospital. The 14-year-old is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court later after two workers at the city's Royal Infirmary were allegedly assualted. The attacks are said to have happened just before Christmas and last week.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 14-year-old boy has been reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with two alleged sexual assaults on December 18 and January 24 at Glasgow Royal Infirmary."

Chief Inspector Mark Sutherland, added: "I would like to thank the hospital staff and management for their assistance and diligence while our inquiries were ongoing"

Security patrols were stepped up at the hospital last week following the alleged incidents.
