Teenager appears in court charged with murder in Glasgow

A teenager has appeared in court charged with murdering a man in the south side of Glasgow.
18 year old Graeme Bell is alleged to have struck 48 year old Patrick Ferguson with a knife and killed him.
Papers from Glasgow Sheriff Court claim that on February 19 at Midcroft Avenue, Bell “did repeatedly strike” Mr Ferguson on the body with a knife “or similar implement”.
The teenager from Croftfoot appeared in private at the court yesterday.
He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
Bell will appear for a full committal hearing next week.
