A teenager raped a 12-year-old girl after plying her with alcohol during a drinking game. Dylan Walker, 19, was found guilty at the High Court in Glasgow of raping the girl at an address in Stirling between January 1 and February 29, 2016.
The girl told prosecutor Michael Meehan that Walker played a card game with her and whoever lost had to down an alcoholic drink. Most of the time it was the girl who lost.
Walker was also found guilty of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl on various occasions at Stirling between June 1 and July 4, 2014.
Both victims reported to the police what Walker had done to them.
He claimed that the 13-year-old was lying and made no comment when questioned by police about the rape.
Walker did not give evidence in court, but denied both the charges against him.
Judge Lord Arthurson placed Walker on the sex offenders' register and deferred sentence until next month at the high Court in Livingston.
Lord Arthurson remanded Walker in custody and told him: “You have been convicted of extremely serious sexual offences and are facing a lengthy custodial sentence.''
