The alarm was raised on Ferguslie Park Avenue just after 8am.
Police say a 19-year-old’s being treated for serious injuries at Paisley’s Royal Alexandra Hospital.
A Police spokeswoman’s told Clyde News: “Police are still in attendance and enquiries are ongoing.”
