The Corpus Christi School was evacuated on Wednesday following the hoax.
Police say they take these incidents very seriously and a positive line of inquiry is being followed after a similar incident on Thursday at St Thomas Aquinas.
Chief Inspector Paul Douglas said: “We takes hoax calls extremely seriously and will exhaust all avenues in tracing those responsible. They divert police resources and cause considerable disruption and alarm to the general public.”
