Summer Nights at the Bandstand line-up revealed

You can see 80s icons Bananarama, Gabrielle, Squeeze and Echo and The Bunnymen in Glasgow's west end this summer.

Gabrielle, Bananarama, and Echo and The Bunnymen are among the acts confirmed for Summer Nights at the Bandstand in the west end of Glasgow this summer. The ‘Dreams’ singer kicks off with a set on Tuesday the 23rd of July in Kelvingrove.

There are 12 performances, running from the 23rd of July until 80s icons Bananarama bring things to an end on Saturday the 10th of August.

Mark Mackie, director of Regular Music said: “We are delighted to reveal the fantastic programme of internationally acclaimed artists that will be performing at this year’s Summer Nights at the Bandstand. We are especially thrilled that we are hosting this incredible line-up in what is a very special year for Glasgow's Kelvingrove Bandstand, as it celebrates it's centenary.

Gabrielle will open the festival on the 23rd of July

Tickets for the concerts are available from Ticketmaster from 9am on Friday 26 Jan.
