Subway worker held up at knifepoint in Paisley

Police are looking for an armed robber who made off with a three figure of sum of cash from a branch of Subway in Paisley.

A sandwich shop worker's been held up in an armed robbery in Paisley.

A man armed with a knife and what police have described as a blunt weapon entered Subway on Paisley Road West and threatened a male member of staff before making off with a three figure sum. No one was injured as a result of the robbery.

The suspect is described as 6ft in height and of slim build. He was wearing a dark-coloured hooded jacket and trousers with trainers.
