Body of man found in Strathclyde Country Park

A man's body has been found in Strathclyde Country Park.
Police made the discovery at around 10.50am this morning after being called to the area following concern for the welfare of a man whose personal items had been found on a small beach near the car park.
Emergency crews including a police helicopter and the dog unit attended.
The man's body was shortly recovered from the water.
Officers remain at the scene and enquiries are ongoing to identify the man.
