Staff at the Shed nightclub in Glasgow open Christmas donation station
Clubbers who drop-off unwanted presents will get free entry tonight.
Staff at the Shed nightclub in Glasgow will be running a Christmas donation station when they open their doors tonight.
Clubbers will be able to leave their unwanted shower gel sets or that t-shirt from an old auntie who thinks you're still 8 years old.
Manager Paul Banham told Clyde 1: "We are always open on Christmas Day and people tell us what a wonderful time they have had, but we know this time of year is hard for many others.
"Rather than letting these gifts go to waste, we thought we would give anyone who brings down a present free entry to the club."
All the donations will be given to charities within the local community.
Paul added: "We hope this will help people less fortunate than us even if it is just in a small way.
"It could give many a much needed boost after a difficult year."
