A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man in Tollcross on Monday.

James Greenhorn, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene on Dalness Close on Monday 9 February 2026.

A 23 year old man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday 16 February.

A 30 year old man was previously arrested and charged, and appeared in court on Friday.

Sean Murray was accused of assaulting Mr Greenhorn, as well as a second allegation of attempting to pervert the course of justice between 9 and 11 February.

It was claimed Murray boarded a train from Edinburgh Waverley to Liverpool, with the charge saying this was to avoid detection, arrest, and prosecution.

Murray made no plea at a private hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court and was remanded in custody for further examination.

He will appear in court again within the next week.
