The boss of Scotrail, Alex Hynes, has faced questions about the treatment of disabled customers, safety when there are disruptive passengers on board, and the conditions at one of it's major stations in Glasgow and the west as took listeners' calls on Scotland's Talk in on Clyde 2.

Catherine who uses a number of stations around the city tackled Alex about why people buying concession tickets are only able to use booking offices.

Stephen was concerned about a recent experience of drunk passengers on a Sunday afternoon train from Wemyss Bay.

Another caller, Robert, wanted to express his unhappiness at the state of the station in Ayr.

Scotrail has been forced to bring in temporary access to the plaforms because of safety concerns about the condition of the historic Station Hotel building.

It's been derelict for many years and in March South Ayrshire Council served a dangerous building notice.
