Schoolboy charged with attempted murder in Glasgow
A 21-year old man was attacked on the Clyde walkway on April 5th
A teenage boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the attempted murder of a 21-year-old man in Glasgow city centre. The incident is alleged to have happened at Clyde walkway on April 5.
The Crown office said the 13-year-old from Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
He faces charges of assault to severe injury, danger of life and attempted murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
The boy made no plea and was released on bail.
He will appear again in court at a later date.
Police Scotland said inquiries are continuing and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
