13-year old dies in River Clyde tragedy

A 13-year-old boy's died after getting into trouble in the River Clyde.

It happened at Garrion Bridge during the warm weather on Sunday afternoon.

A brief statement from Police Scotland said emergency services were contacted around 3.15pm on Sunday, 13 June, 2021.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
