A rapist today burst into tears as he was jailed for five years.
Michael Whorlton attacked his then partner at house in Thornliebank, Glasgow in May 2014.
The 27 year-old earlier indecently assaulted another lover and had underage sex with a third.
These crimes occurred in Kirkcaldy and Anstruther, both Fife in 2010.
Whorlton was today sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow.
A jury in Edinburgh previously convicted him of seven charges including rape, indecent assault as well as placing two of the women in a state of fear and alarm.
Lord Beckett said the offences involved “horrible and degrading” conduct.
The judge added Whorlton had sex with the rape victim despite it being “made plain that there was no consent”.
Whorlton will also be supervised for a further three years on his release.
The sex attacker sobbed as he was lead handcuffed to the cells. A woman there to see him sentenced in court also cried.
