Second man charged in connection with Rafal Lyko murder
A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the murder of Rafal Lyko in Blantyre.
The 36-year-old Polish national was found dead in a burned out car in Greenhall Park in February 2019.
The man, who is 22, is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court today.
Another, Thomas Wilson, made no plea when he appeared in court earlier this month,
The 25-year-old from Glasgow was released on bail.
