Police seek further information on racial assault

CCTV Images of a man Police would like to speak to following the incident have been released

Police Scotland is releasing CCTV images of a man that officers would like to speak to following a racial assault in which a 26 year old man sustained facial injuries during a disturbance on board a No 9A bus travelling on Paisley Road, Tradeston, towards Penilee, Glasgow, around 2000 hours on Sunday 20 December 2015.

The man police would like to speak to is described as white, in his 50s, of heavy build, has blotchy skin and a shaved head. He was wearing a hooded black body-warmer with a blue zip-top underneath.

Officers from Govan CID are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the released CCTV images to contact them at Govan Police Office via the non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
