Police have issued a fresh image of a man who has been on the run for almost three months, showing what he may look like with a beard. Jonathan Kelly has been "unlawfully at large" since September 10 after failing to comply with imposed conditions following his release from Lowmoss Prison in August. Crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £5,000 for information which leads to his arrest. Detectives are convinced Kelly is receiving assistance to evade police, and believe he may have travelled to England or Dublin, Ireland. They believe his appearance may have changed and he may have grown a beard, so they have issued a forensic artist's drawing showing him with facial hair. Detective Superintendent Stephen Grant said: "We are issuing this image today with a plea to the communities across the UK for their assistance in tracing Jonathan Kelly. He has been unlawfully at large since 10 September 2014, and it is imperative that we trace him. "A number of police officers continue to work on this inquiry with assistance by specialist colleagues from within our organisation, and we are assisted by colleagues in other law enforcement agencies across the UK. "I would advise people not to approach him but to contact police if they see him - any sightings should be reported to police or give your information to Crimestoppers." When last seen, Kelly's appearance was described as white, around 5ft 11in with short brown hair and a heavy build. Police said they have been carrying out extensive inquiries to find him but attempts so far have proved unsuccessful. There have been no confirmed sightings of the missing man.
