Police release CCTV footage after Charing Cross attack

CCTV footage has been released in the search for a man police want to speak to about an assault near Glasgow's Charing Cross earlier this year.

A 26 year-old woman was walking along Newton Place around 10.15pm on January 22nd when she was attacked from behind.

Detective Constable Ashley Convery said:

“I am appealing to anyone who may have any information or who recognises the man in the image. He may have information which could be vital and assist our investigation and I would appeal to anyone who recognises him to contact us. Any information can be provided to officers at Drumchapel CID via 101.”
