Police release CCTV following serious assault in Glasgow City Centre

A 21 year-old man had to be taken to hospital where he received treatment for a serious injury on Sunday morning

Police Scotland have today released CCTV images of two men that officers wish to trace in connection with a serious assault in Glasgow City Centre at around 3am on Sunday morning.

A 21 year-old man had to be taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he received treatment for a serious injury.

Officers believe that the men shown in the images may have information that could assist them with their investigation and would appeal to them or anyone who recognises them to contact police.

Both men are described as white men in their early 20's, with slim builds with Glaswegian accents. One was wearing a red t-shirt and the other wearing a black t-shirt at the time of the incident.
