A man who died after being found injured on a Glasgow street has been named by police.
A man who died after being found injured on a Glasgow street has been named by police.
Paul McCarroll, 49, suffered serious injuries during a disturbance at around 12.40am on Tuesday on Westmuir Street in the Parkhead area of Glasgow.
Mr McCarroll, of Westmuir Street, was taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he died a short time later.
Police are treating the death as "suspicious''.
A number of roads in the Parkhead area were closed as police cordons were set up after officers were called to the scene.
A force spokeswoman said: "A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.''
