Police investigating alleged teen rape in Clydebank

Police in Clydebank are investigating after 12 year old girl was allegedly seriously sexually assaulted by another young teenager.

It is said to have happened at St Joseph's Church in Clydebank last month

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police enquiries are continuing following a serious sexual assault which was reported to officers on Monday 9 April 2018.

"The incident took place on either Thursday 22nd or 29th March 2018 in the Faifley area. Enquiries are continuing to establish the exact details surrounding this incident."
