Police in Glagow are investigating an 'unexplained death' after a body was found at a property on Budhill Avenue in the east end of the city.

A number of emergency response vehicles could be seen on Wednesday evening as officers created a cordon.

A police spokesperson said: "Around 5.40pm on Wednesday 9 June, 2021, police received a report a man had died in Budhill Avenue, Glasgow.

"Emergency services are in attendance.

"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing."
