Police issue CCTV appeal for pair who could help with assault investigation

Detectives think the man and woman pictured could help them with an assault case earlier this year

Police in Glasgow have released CCTV images of a man and a woman they're hoping might be able to help with their investigation into a serious assault earlier this year.

The attack happened inside a building on Dundas Street around 9.55pm on Monday, 11 March, 2024.

The man in the image is described as being white, with grey hair, in his late 30s or early 40s, and was wearing a navy or black jacket, blue jeans and grey trainers.

The woman is described as white, with blonde hair and in her early 40s. At the time of the incident she was wearing a dress with pattern at the bottom, black tights and black ankle boots.

Detective Constable Larissa Cooper, of Stewart Street CID, said: "I would urge the man and woman in the images, or anyone who has information relating to them, to contact police as soon as possible.

“Anyone who can help should contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 3800 of 11 March, 2024, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
