Police CCTV appeal following Glasgow city centre assault

Police are appealing for the pair to come forward.

Police Scotland has released images of a man and a woman they wish to speak to who might be able to assist enquiries into an assault which took place in Glasgow city centre on Saturday, 27 April, 2024.

The incident took place on Albion Street at around 3am.

Police appeal to man and woman

The woman is described as white, medium build, blonde hair and around 60 years old. She was seen to be wearing a red patterned shirt, jeans, sandals and carried a brown handbag.

The man is described as white, slim build, brown hair and around 30 years old. He was seen to be wearing a black jacket, khaki trousers and a burgundy backpack.

Detective Constable Victoria Steele said: “We encourage this man and woman, or anyone who may recognise them or has information about this incident, to please come forward”.
