Can you help police identify this man?

Officers believe he may be able to help them with their enquiries into an assault in Glasgow

Police Scotland has released images of a man they wish to speak to who may be able to assist their enquiries into an assault in Glasgow city centre on Sunday, 8 December, 2024.

The incident took place on Buchanan Street at around 2:05am.

The man pictured is described as white, medium build with short auburn hair and a trimmed beard. He was wearing a dark-coloured waist-length jacket, blue jeans and dark shoes with a light-coloured sole.

Detective Constable Eden Wilson said: “I would urge the man pictured or anyone who may recognise him or has information about this incident to contact us as soon as possible.”

Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0482 of 8 December 2024. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
