Plea for help to find puppies stolen in Ayrshire
Last updated 11th Apr 2021
Four puppies have been stolen from a farm in Ayrshire.
The black labradors vanished overnight on Friday March 9.
The pups are just 7-and-a-half weeks old, and are due to go to new homes soon.
Their owner noticed they were gone when she went to feed them on Saturday morning.
Veronica Martin, from Galston, says she is worried they aren't being looked after properly.
Speaking to Clyde 1, she said: "Where are they going to keep them?
"They have been on specialist bedding with heat lamps over them, to keep them at a constant temperature.
"It has devastated another four people, besides ourselves.
"Just go with your conscience, if you have a conscience. We don't need to know who you are, just return them.
"Give us our puppies back, so we can check they're alright."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.55am on Saturday, 10 April, we received a report that four puppies had been stolen from a property in Galston. Enquiries are ongoing.”
