Person fighting for life after being struck by a train in Glasgow
It happened between Partick and Hyndland stations just before 12.30pm
A person has been taken to hospital with critical and life-threatening injuries after being hit by a train in Glasgow.
It happened between Hyndland and Partick stations just before 12.30pm on July 26.
ScotRail services on this line were cancelled and delayed until about 4pm to allow emergency services to work, but it has since been reopened.
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: "Officers were called to a report of a casualty on the tracks just before 12.30pm today (26 July) near Hyndland Railway Station.
"Officers and paramedics attended and the person was taken to hospital with critical and life-threatening injuries.
"The incident is not thought to be suspicious."
