Police are asking for sightings for a man who's been missing in Paisley since the start of the Monday.

65 year old Donald McPhee, from Grahamston, was last seen on Monday 1st May.

Police are appealing for assistance from the public and the media to trace a man missing from Paisley since Monday 1st May 2017.

He is described as white, approximately 5 ft 8 to 5 ft 10 in height, of medium/heavy build and has grey hair. It is believed he was wearing a Black/Navy Caterpillar style boots, Light coloured jogging bottoms, beige t-shirt, green jacket (down to knees, thick and waterproof), 5"6/7, hunched back.

Constable Mandy Elliott said:

“Donald keeps himself to himself and doesn’t tend to socialise too much with others. If out and about, he tends to go into Paisley or Glasgow City Centre around Buchanan St Bus Station.

“He travels extensively throughout the UK and from our enquiries, it is thought that he may have made his way to Cumbria or Southampton - although this has not been confirmed.

“We are alerting bus, taxi and other travel companies as well as searching the areas he is known to frequent.

“Donald also has health issues and is not in possession of his medication which causes us some concern.

“If anyone has seen Donald or has any information on his whereabouts, then please contact Paisley Police Office via 101.”
