A 43 year old man's being treated for life-threatening injuries after an attack in Paisley.
It happened around 9.40 on Friday night near Ferguslie Park Avenue.
Police in Paisley are appealing for information after a man was found with serious injuries near Ferguslie Park Avenue, at the junction with Barochan Way, on Friday night.
The 43-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The incident is being treated as attempted murder and enquiries are ongoing.
Detective Sergeant Buxton of Paisley CID said: “We are appealing to members of the public who witnessed the man being attacked to get in touch with officers.
“We also ask that drivers with DashCam footage pass it on to police.
“Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers 0800 555 111 quoting Police Incident 3843 of 10th June 2022.”
