Pair deny murdering dad-of-one in Clydebank in August
A man and woman have denied stabbing a dad-of-one to death in a Clydebank street. Daniel Devlin and Donna Simpson are accused of murdering 31-year old Dominic Brown in Radnor Street back on 5th August.
39-year old Simpson is also accused of attempting to murder another man in Kilbowie Street on the same night - while 46-year old Devlin is also charged with dealing cocaine at a flat in Crown Avenue.
Both are accused of having a knife in a public place.
Devlin, who was represented by Donald Findlay QC, and Simpson, who was represented by Brian McConnachie QC, both denied all the charges against them when they appeared in the dock at the High Court in Glasgow.
Judge Lord Mulholland set a trial for March next year.
The trial at the High Court in Glasgow will get underway in March.
