One dead and two injured after Perthshire crash
A 21 year old man has been arrested for road traffic offences
One teenager has died and two people are injured after a fatal car accident in Perthshire.
The incident happened around 2.50am on Sunday 1 September, on the B9099 Luncarty to Stanley road, near the junction to Gowrie Farm.
A 19 year old woman who had been the front seat passenger in the blue Ford Fiesta was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male driver, 21, and the female rear seat passenger, 19, were taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver has been arrested in connection with road traffic offences, and the road was closed for accident investigations until around 1.15pm.

First Minister John Swinney offered his condolences in a post to X, formerly Twitter, saying: “Terribly sorry to read this news and I extend my sympathy to all those affected”.
Sergeant Steve Livesey said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the woman who died and those who have been injured.
“Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and anyone who can assist is asked to get in touch.
“If you were driving near the area at the time and have dash-cam that could assist then please make contact with officers.”
