Image released as officers investigate sexual assault at Glasgow subway station

Officers investigating a sexual assault at Buchanan Street subway station in Glasgow have released a picture of a man they are looking to speak to.

The incident happened on Tuesday 10th August between 10.40pm and 10.45pm.

Detectives believe the man in the image might have information that can help them with their investigation and are urging members of the public who recognise him to contact the police.

He is described as a white male with a Scottish accent, possibly Glaswegian, of stocky build and around 5"9 with dark receding hair which is balding at the top.

It is thought he could be between the ages of 35-45.

He was seen wearing a white t shirt with an orange jumper wrapped around his waist, dark navy jeans, white trainers and a tattoo on his right elbow area.
