The co-owners of Morse Code Management say the increase in National Insurance contribution for the self employed will ruin Scotland's music scene.

The Chancellor, Philip Hammond announced in the Budget yesterday the rate for Class 4 NICS would rise from 9% to 10% in April 2018, and to 11% in 2019 for those who earn up to ÂŁ45,000.
