Motorcyclist killed in Kilmarnock crash named by police

45-year-old Bobby Landsborough from Ayr died after his bike collided with a van last week

The motorcyclist killed in a crash in Kilmarnock last week has been named by police.

45-year-old Bobby Landsborough from Ayr was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow with serious injuries, after his motorcycle collided with a van in Moorfield Industrial Estate last Tuesday.

He died on Saturday.

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.

Police are asking anyone with information that could assist their investigation, or who has dash-cam that could help, to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1863 of Tuesday, 7 June, 2022.
