Missing Cumbernauld woman Karen Stevenson last seen on Seafar Road

Missing woman Karen Stevenson was last seen walking on Cumbernauld's Seafar Road on the night she went missing.
Police have confirmed the 42-year-old, who was last seen two weeks ago, was walking on the road at around 3.15am on Saturday, February 19 near to McGregor Road.
The last sighting of Karen had previously been around 2.55am walking towards Muirfield Community Centre near Brown Road and Fleming Road.
She left her home in Lairds Hill sometime after midnight on Saturday, February 19 and walked towards the town centre.
She was then seen in a lift at the shopping centre around 2.44am.

Police stopped and spoke to a total of 47 members of the public and drivers on Seafar Road in the early hours of this morning in an effort to gather any information.
They are also continuing to view CCTV footage and are appealing to local businesses and residents with private CCTV to get in touch.
Karen is 5ft 1in tall with a slim build and long brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a purple parker-style jacket with a black fur-lined hood, a cream long sleeve t-shirt with a graphic design, black leggings and black ankle boots.
She may also have had a small pink handbag with metal studs and a chain strap.

Inspector Susan Rae, of Cumbernauld Police Station, said: "Two weeks have now passed since Karen went missing and her family remain greatly concerned and anxious.
"Through our enquiries, we know the last sighting of Karen was in Seafar Road at around 3.15am on Saturday, February 19."
She added: "We are also identifying further CCTV opportunities in the area and in particular would welcome assistance from local businesses or residents who may have private CCTV.
"I would like to thank the public for the tremendous support they have given so far in helping us to trace Karen."
Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101, citing incident number 3369 of February 19.
